ARB Biogas design, manufacture, install and commission bespoke Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants, tailored to meet the needs of its customers.
ARB Biogas follows a proven pathway to deliver all new projects. This starts will the initial client consultation and site visit.
ARB always complete this step to establish the client’s objectives, feedstock availability, permitting requirements, site requirements and local policy objectives.
Following the initial consultation, the ARB Biogas team will present the client with a range of options to meet their needs. At this meeting a strategy will be agreed and ARB Biogas will begin the next phase of the project.
In order to deliver a successful biogas project a number of steps must be achieved:
- Initial design and basic engineering to inform the permitting process and grid (electric or gas) connection requirements
- Upon success of the first step, detailed design is required to inform the total project cost and delivery timeline
- Followed by financial close and the signing of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract with a project delivery partner
- Finally the project is ready for delivery for the client
ARB Biogas are experienced in the delivery of all aspects of biogas projects and can either assist in all steps or deliver on a turnkey basis, including the securing of project finance.
It’s advised that if you are planning to build a biogas project it can take up to two years to deliver such a project.
