24 Hour Mechanical And Electrical Support
ARB Process Engineering can provide 24 hour mechanical and electrical support to plant operators who are looking to maximise the efficiency of their plant.
Instrumentation Calibration & Servicing
The ARB Process Engineering team can provide calibration and servicing on a wide range of plant instrumentation in order to maintain accuracy. This includes level sensor radars, level sensor probes, pressure transducers, switches, temperature probes, gas flow meters and gas analysers. Keeping these devices in good condition is recommended in order to maximise the availability of your plant and maximise returns.
Online Monitoring & Alarms
As part of our support contracts we offer daily online monitoring of plant operations. Online support is provided in the first instance after a reactive call has been logged and prior to an engineer attending site. This service is usually combined with 24 hour text alert alarms which are received by the operator and the ARB Process Engineering on call engineers. Together the remote monitoring and text alert alarms mean we can provide a rapid response and keep any downtime to a minimum.
