Safety Checks

ARB Process Engineering provide safety checks on a quarterly, six monthly or on an annual basis depending on your facility requirements.

All anaerobic digestion facilities should have a safety process control system to prevent damage to the plant, equipment and personnel.  For example, should a high level switch be triggered then the feed systems should not be permitted to run; or if a macerator is opened for inspection then the feed system should become disabled.  Periodically these control systems should be checked to ensure that the safety systems remain in functional.
